Welcome to Orthopaedic Associates of Saratoga, LLP. We are pleased you have chosen us to help you recover from an injury or musculoskeletal problem, and to reduce pain and disability. We offer two convenient locations, our main office in Saratoga Springs as well as the new full service Saratoga Sports Medicine facility located in the town of Malta. Please be assured our medical providers and staff are here to care for you.
The medical staff at Orthopaedic Associates of Saratoga, LLP provides you and your family with a full spectrum of services to meet all your orthopaedic care needs.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality musculoskeletal care to you and your family and to ensure you have the best experience possible receiving orthopaedic care. We strive to treat every patient as members of our own family.
Our practice offers eight orthopaedic surgeons: Lawrence H. Fein, MD, William T. Byrt, MD, William W. O'Connor, MD, George E. Silver, Jr, MD, Joseph M. Larosa, MD, Kevin E. Rosas, MD, Justin M. Ferrara, MD, Jonathan P.Gainor, MD. These professionals completed medical school and their residency training specifically in orthopaedic surgery. Several also have completed additional fellowship training in sub-specialty areas including hand surgery, sports medicine and foot and ankle surgery. Robert Neilson, MD and Nicole Solomos, DO - primary care physicians with advanced credentials in sports medicine - head up the Monday Sports Injury Clinic.
Additionally, our six physician extenders -- Andrea DeDonna, RPA-C, Andrew S. Kearney, RPA-C, Alyssa Greer, RPA-C, Mary Kay Nichols, MS, NP, Allison T. D'Arcy, RPA-C and Courtney Halsdorf, RPA-C -- are trained to assist our orthopaedic surgeons, and enable this office to schedule appointments more promptly.
We offer state of the art digital radiography in both locations, extremity MRI and Dexascan in the Saratoga office. Both locations are fully handicap accessible. Saturdays and Mondays we offer a Sports Injury Clinic for all levels of athletes for all sports related injuries.
In addition to the OAS providers, Drs. Todd and Shawn Jorgensen (physiatrist), Saratoga Physical Therapy and John C. Herzog, DO - Saratoga Spine, all provide services in our Saratoga office. The Jorgensen's and Saratoga Physical Therapy Associates treat patients in Malta, as well. Also located in the Malta facility is Malta Medical Arts - a Saratoga Hospital full service Urgent Care Center, Saratoga Hospital Imaging and Lab services, Marc D. Price, MD - family medicine, Saratoga Hospital's Corporate Health Services and Saratoga Peak Performance Gym.
At Orthopaedic Associates of Saratoga, LLP, we believe the more you know the better we can help you. We offer seminars, video, printed and Internet-based educational materials.
Our practice manages patients who have acute injuries, which often require urgent attention. We always try to be on time and accommodating. We appreciate your patience if the physician you are scheduled to see is attending to an emergency. We respect your time - if your appointment is delayed, please consider seeing another member of our medical staff, a physician extender, or use the time to compose a list of questions for the doctor. You are also welcome to reschedule your appointment.
You will be provided with the business card of a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) who will help coordinate your care (schedule tests or surgery, if necessary and respond to your insurance company's requests, if required). If you have questions, the PCA is your personal link to your physician.
