Appointments
We are pleased that you have chosen us to care for your orthopaedic injuries/illnesses. Please be assured our medical providers are here to care for you.
New patients, upon making their first appointment can expect to receive a "new patient packet" in the mail prior to their visit. We request that you complete this information and bring it with you to your first office appointment.
In order for us to gather your information and prepare your medical record, it is important that you bring your insurance card(s), insurance referrals, related x-rays, lab reports and medical records relevant to the visit, as well as, a list of current medications you are taking.
Please arrive at the office twenty minutes early for your first appointment. It takes time to process new patient information in our computer system prior to being seen by your provider.
It is our policy not to renew medication of any kind after hours - this includes nights and weekends. If you are running low, please remember to ask your provider for a renewal or call the office at least 24 hours in advance. Remember to ask your provider for any notes you may need, for example, an "out of work" or an "out of gym" note, before you leave the exam room.
Our practice manages patients who have acute injuries, which often require urgent attention. Occasionally, our providers are called to an emergency at Saratoga Hospital. Our goal is to be timely and accommodating. We appreciate your patience if the physician you are scheduled to see is attending to an emergency. We respect your time - if your appointment is delayed, please consider seeing another member of our medical staff or use the time to compose a list of questions for the doctor. You are also welcome to reschedule your appointment.
