Self-Pay
All self-pay patients are required to make a $50.00 partial payment prior to seeing the provider. When checking in at the Front Desk, self-pay patients will be referred to our Billing Department for assistance in establishing a payment plan. Please keep in mind, your appointment will be rescheduled should you arrive without the partial payment.
